Testimony: Adult Latin Salsa Work-Out is an hour I look forward to - the highlight of my busy week.  Whether your desire is weight loss, toning, aerobics, learning a few dance moves, developing rhythm, or just wanting to have some fun and meet new friends.  This class will definitely help you attain those goals.   I have been an adult student for 4 years at Mainstage Academy of Dance. Director Bray is encouraging, motivating, extremely talented and makes the experience fun.  Before you know it, you have a super-healthy work-out from performing a few basic dance steps.  Director Bray instructs his Adult class in an easy to understand manner.  No experience is needed to benefit from this class.  I would encourage both men and women to join us and see for yourself.     Susan M
